**Who are we:**
The Blue Cube is an web design agency in South Birmingham. We are a small and highly focussed team working with clients across the whole of the UK.
We are looking for a talented all round Web Developer to work in-house at our studio in Alvechurch. You will have a great passion for programming and a strong portfolio to showcase this. Experience is not necessarily essential as we are more interested in talent.
**Key requirements:**
* Solid experience in XHTML, CSS, PHP, MYSQL, ActionScript and JavaScript.
* Ability to apply yourself to variety of projects ranging from simple html layouts to fully content managed dynamic websites
* A keen eye for detail
* Ability to take design concepts through to finished products
* Passion for developing high quality websites functional whilst maintaining attention to pixel perfect design
**Personal requirements:**
* Work well under pressure and to tight deadlines
* Versatile and committed work ethic
